The cancellation policy for our yoga retreat is as follows:

The retreat is non-refundable within 30 days prior to the start date.

The initial deposit made at the time of booking is also non-refundable.

If cancellation occurs 60 days or more prior to the start date, 50% of the retreat price is refundable.

The final payment for the retreat is due 30 days before the start date.

Postponement

In cases where government-issued events directly affect the safety or feasibility of the retreat, we reserve the right to postpone the event.

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for the postponed retreat. This decision is made considering the extraordinary circumstances beyond our control.

Participants who have already registered will be offered the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled dates.

We will keep participants informed of the progress and provide sufficient notice regarding the rescheduled dates.

Wildseed Retreats shall not be responsible for not fulfilling its contractual obligations to the extent that the failure to fulfil is due to events outside its control, that is force majeure events such as a pandemic, acts of God, fire, flood, cancellation of flights, adverse weather conditions, war, acts of terrorism, riot, civil commotion, governmental actions (excluding regulatory change), labour disputes, and any similar events. In such force majeure events, no refund shall be granted and all payments will be credited in the form of a voucher* valid for one (1) year from the start date of the cancelled retreat.

We understand that circumstances may arise that require changes to your plans. However, please note that due to the limited availability and logistical arrangements associated with the retreat, we have established this cancellation policy to ensure the smooth operation of the event. We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect your investment in case unexpected situations arise.
